Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your shop administrator portal with no lock-in contract or cancellation penalty.
What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?
We accept EcoCash, InnBucks, Bank transfers, South African EFT, Visa, and Mastercard cards. You can also pay cash at our Harare office.
Do I have to pay extra for MarketMeld connectivity?
No! Live catalog feeds and store discovery on MarketMeld are included free of charge with all SmartMusika subscription plans.
